A 13-member Sri Lankan contingent has reached Lahore to participate in the Third Swat Championship organized in collaboration with Sports Department Punjab. This group consists of 9 girls and 4 boys.

Director Sports Nadeem Qaiser and District Sports Officer Navier Shah welcomed the Sri Lankan contingent at Lahore Airport. With the help of the Sports Department Punjab, the championship matches will be held on June 30 and July 1 in the gymnasium hall. On the orders of Secretary Sports Punjab Assadullah Faiz, the Sports and Youth Affairs Department has completed preparations for the matches.
