Babar Azam lost the first position T20 rankings released by International Cricket Council (ICC)

The International Cricket Council (ICC) has released a new ranking of T20 cricket, according to which Pakistan captain Babar Azam lost the first position. According to the new T20 rankings, Babar Azam slipped two places to third while wicketkeeper-batsman Mohammad Rizwan retained the fourth position.

England’s David Malan is at number one again among the batsmen, while South Africa’s Eden Markram is at number two. League spinner Shadab Khan has moved up five places to 9th position in the bowling department, while Shaheen Shah Afridi is 11th and Haris Rauf is 19th.

On the other hand, in the Test cricket rankings, Shaheen Shah Afridi has moved up to the third position for the first time, while Hassan Ali is at the 10th position. In the batsmen’s Test rankings, national team captain Babar moved up to the ninth position. While England’s Joe Root topped the list.
