India refused to come to Pakistan for Asia Cup cricket tournament 2023. Asian Cricket Council chief and Indian cricket board secretary Jay Shah said on the sidelines of BCCI’s 91st annual general meeting in Mumbai on Tuesday that the Indian cricket team will not go to Pakistan for the 2023 Asia Cup. He said that the 2023 Asia Cup will not be held in Pakistan but at a neutral venue.

The Indian government decides to go to Pakistan to play. It should be noted that the 2023 Asia Cup is hosted by Pakistan and Chairman PCB had announced that the Asia Cup will be held in Pakistan. Earlier, there were reports that India is ready to send its team to Pakistan to participate in the 2023 Asia Cup. India last toured Pakistan for a bilateral series under Rahul Dravid in 2005-06. No bilateral series has been played between Pakistan and Indian cricket teams since 2012–13.
