Irfan Mehsud of Pakistan broke the records of Egyptian and French athletes and set 3 new world records. Guinness Book of World Records confirms. Pakistani athlete Irfan performed 29 nickel push-ups with a weight of 100 pounds on one foot in one minute. Irfan Mehsud broke the third record of Ahmed Ibrahim Usman of Egypt and did 57 push-ups with a weight of 80 pounds on one foot in one minute. The Guinness Book of World Records has confirmed Irfan’s three new records.

Irfan is the only athlete in the world to have set 26 world records in the push-ups category while he has so far set 49 Guinness World Records. The Pakistani athlete broke the records of athletes from up to 9 countries, including India, the USA, the UK, the Philippines, Iraq, Egypt, France, Italy, and Spain.
