In the tenth match of the Pakistan Super League (PSL), Islamabad United gave a target of 230 runs to Quetta Gladiators. Quetta Gladiators captain Sarfraz Ahmed won the toss and elected to field first in the match being played at National Stadium Karachi.

Batting first, Quetta Gladiators put up a mountain of 229 runs in the allotted 20 overs, Colin Monroe scored an unbeaten 71. While Azam Khan played aggressive innings of 65 runs. Openers Paul Sterling (58), Alex Hales (22), and skipper Shadab Khan (9) were the other batsmen for Islamabad United. For Quetta, Shahid Afridi made the most expensive over in the history of PSL and scored 67 runs. For Gladiators, Muhammad Nawaz took two wickets, James Faulkner and Shahid Afridi took one wicket each.
