Mohammad Rizwan has been awarded the Man’s T20 Cricketer of the Year

The International Cricket Council (ICC) has announced the Men’s T20 Cricketer of the Year. According to a statement issued by the ICC, wicketkeeper-batsman Mohammad Rizwan has been awarded the Man’s T20 Cricketer of the Year for his outstanding performance in the year 2021.

Mohammad Rizwan scored 1,326 runs with the help of a century at an average of 73.66 in 29 T20 Internationals in 2021 while taking 24 wickets. Similarly, the wicket-keeper-batsman reached the third position for the first time in the ICC T20 rankings while also claiming the honor of scoring the most runs in the T20 format in a single year. Rizwan played an unbeaten 79 off 55 balls with 6 fours and 3 sixes against India in the ICC T20 cricket World Cup and played a key role in Pakistan’s 10-wicket victory.
