New Zealand Cricket Board paid compensation to the Pakistan Cricket Board

The New Zealand Cricket Board has paid compensation to the Pakistan Cricket Board for leaving the tour of Pakistan incomplete. Relations between PCB and News Cricket Board have been restored. The NewZealand Cricket Board has paid millions of dollars to the PCB for missing a tour in September last year.

New Zealand Cricket Board has paid compensation to the Pakistan Cricket Board

The PCB explained that the NewZealand Cricket Board paid millions of dollars in hotel bookings, security, marketing, and broadcasting. New Zealand and Pakistan will also play 2 Tests and 3 ODIs which were not played last year.  The PCB has also accepted the invitation of the New Zealand Cricket Board for the triangular series and the triangular series is likely to be played in New Zealand in October this year. A spokesman for the PCB said that the New Zealand team would also play an additional 10 white-ball matches in Pakistan in May next year. The white ball series would include ODI and T20 matches. It may be recalled that the New Zealand cricket team abruptly postponed its tour to New Zealand in September last year.
