Pakistan beat West Indies in the second match of the ODI series to take an unbeaten lead of 0-2 in the series. In the second match of the ODI series being played at Multan Cricket Stadium, West Indies were bowled out for 155 in pursuit of Pakistan’s target of 276 runs. The most successful bowler from Pakistan was Mohammad Nawaz who bowled 4 wickets. Muhammad Wasim Jr. took 3 wickets, Shadab Khan 2 wickets, and Shaheen Shah Afridi 1 wicket.

Batting first after winning the toss Pakistan won the toss and elected to bat first and scored 275 for 8 in the stipulated 50 overs. Imam-ul-Haq and Babar Azam scored half-centuries for the hosts, scoring 72 and 77 respectively, while Shadab Khan and Khushdal Shah scored 22 and 22 while Fakhr Zaman scored 17 runs.

For West Indies, Aqeel Hussain got three wickets, Alzari Joseph and Anderson Phillip got two wickets each. Muhammad Nawaz was declared Player of the Match for his superb bowling. The series is also in the name of Pakistan. After winning the second ODI, Pakistan has also won the ODI series.
