The PCB Board of Governors has approved the budget for the new financial year. Additional events have also been included in the new fiscal year’s budget. A meeting of the governing board was held under the chairmanship of PCB chairman Rameez Raja, in which the procedure and compensation for the new central contracts of national cricketers were approved.

Members praised ICC Player of the Month Tobia Hassan. The Board of Governors also praised the performance of the Pakistan cricket team. Additional events have also been included in the PCB’s budget for the new financial year. Additional events include the Pakistan Junior League and the series. The Board of Governors also approved an increase in the modalities and remuneration of new central contracts for cricketers. Rameez Raja will give a briefing on the newly approved budget of the Pakistan Cricket Board, central contracts of players, Pakistan Junior League, and other decisions on Friday.
