A unique sports event will be held in Islamabad on Sunday to encourage blind athletes. President of Pakistan Blind Sports Federation Muhammad Waqas held a press conference with officials in Islamabad.

He said that for the first time an event is being organized under the name of Prime Minister Paragam and players from all over Pakistan are participating in this event. Muhammad Waqas said that all the players participating in the event would be blind. He further said that Pakistan Blind Support Federation has been working for 6 years and its aim is to promote blind students. Referring to the event, he further said that besides athletics and judo, 4 other sports are also included in it. The participating athletes have been given regular training. The games start on Sunday, June 26.
