Donaldson looked to extend his lead as he set a 60-yard line in the next, but a 61-run pass from Mark Allen leveled the contest. Donaldson’s 55 and 68 breaks made it 3-2 with 49 players in the world rankings but then the 45’s frame helped 15th seed Allen to see the next line. These two centuries in the last two frames have propelled Allen forward, but his opponent has struggled to make it to the second round for the first time in the event at Sheffield.
