The first Test between Pakistan and Australia was drawn!

The first Test of the series between Pakistan and Australia played at Rawalpindi Stadium ended without any result. The five-day Test match was also affected by rain and poor lighting. On the last day of the Test, Pakistan started the second innings and scored 252 runs without loss till the end of the day. Abdullah Shafiq (136) and Imam-ul-Haq (111) remained unbeaten.

In the first innings of the Test, the Pakistan team declared batting at 476 for 4 wickets. The Australian team returned to the pavilion after scoring 459 runs on the fourth day of the Test. In the first innings, Imam-ul-Haq scored 157 and Azhar Ali 185 for Pakistan, while Usman Khawaja scored 97, Marnus Lamboshen 90, Steve Smith 78, and David Warner 68 for Australia. The second Test match of the series will start on March 12 at Karachi National Stadium.
