In the 19th match of Pakistan Super League (PSL), Peshawar Zalmi gave a target of 194 runs to Karachi Kings to win. In the match being played at Gaddafi Stadium Lahore, Karachi Kings captain Babar Azam decided to field first after winning the toss. Zalmai scored 193 runs for the loss of 6 wickets in the stipulated 20 overs.

Mohammad Haris and Hazratullah Zazai started the innings for Peshawar Zalmi. In the first wicket partnership, the two batsmen formed a partnership of 97 runs. Harris was dismissed for 49 runs while Zazai scored 52 runs. Zalmi’s other batsmen included Liam Livingston (6), Shoaib Malik (31), and Ben Cutting (26). Karachi Kings showed poor fielding, King’s fielders dropped five matches of Zalmi’s players. Chris Jordan took 3 wickets while Qasim Akram and Mohammad Nabi took one wicket each.
