In the T20 World Cup being played in Australia, rain ended the first match without result, Zimbabwe and South Africa got one point each. In the match played in Hobart, Zimbabwe won the toss and decided to bat first against South Africa. Due to rain, one inning of the match was limited to 9 overs.
