In the International Cricket Council’s new Test rankings, Kohli dropped three places to 13th. In the Beatles, Root retains the number one position, while Marin Lubushin is second. National captain Babar Azam is fourth. Baristo, who scored a century in both innings of the Birmingham Test, entered the top ten after advancing eleven places. Among bowlers, Pete Cummins remains first, Ashwin second, and Shaheen Shah Afridi fourth.
