After T20 and T10, a new format called The 60 was introduced in cricket. Fans will now get to see a new style of cricket on the cricket field. A T10 tournament called The Sixty is being held ahead of the 10th season of the Caribbean Premier League (CPL).
Preparations are being made to hold such an event every 3 months. Each team will have only 6 wickets in this tournament, bowling 5 consecutive overs from one end. Legendary batsman Chris Gayle has been named it’s brand ambassador. It will include all 6 men’s teams and a total of 3 women’s teams. The new format can give fans a different experience.
