Due to the political situation in the country, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has started considering the transfer of Pakistan-Australia T20 and ODI matches in Rawalpindi. Plan B has been prepared for the possible transfer of PCB ODI and T20 matches from Rawalpindi to Lahore.

Concerning the transfer of Majiz from Rawalpindi to Lahore, important decisions will be taken in today’s meeting in Islamabad. Officials from security agencies, including PCB officials, will attend the meeting. The meeting in Islamabad will review the current situation and all other issues. The management of the Pakistan Cricket Board is of the view that an early decision is required for the logistics, ticketing, and security of the players. A decision regarding the transfer of matches will be taken in the next two days.
