Pakistan and India teams were fined 40% match fee for slow over rate. The players of both the teams were fined 20% of the match fee per over. The captains of both teams have mistakenly conceded the penalty. In the first match of the Asia Cup, India defeated Pakistan after a thrilling match. Chasing Pakistan’s 148 runs, India achieved the target in 19.4 overs for the loss of 5 wickets.
